So grateful for Marie-Noelle! I worked with her to sell my relative’s home as they were sick and transitioning to assisted living. My relative’s home needed a lot of work done before it would be ready for the market and I was feeing very overwhelmed and scared about trying to tackle it all by myself, all while trying to support my relative in finding appropriate care and assisted living. However, when I reached out to Marie-Noelle, I was immediately relieved by her patience and understanding. She went above and beyond to help me become power of attorney for my relative, find and connect with estate salespeople, plumber, landscaper, repair person, inspector, home insurance, etc. The relationships she’s built with all these people made the process seamless and when she didn’t know of someone to recommend a particular service I needed, she did the research to find someone and connected them to me so that I didn’t have to. That was invaluable support for me and I’m so grateful.

Echoing the other reviews on here, she is fantastic with communication. I never felt alone in this process and she made sure to check in with me to make sure I was understanding the whole process as a first time seller. We had multiple meetings where she broke down documents for me and showed me a step by step timeline of what to expect. I felt well-informed because of her.

Last but not least, Marie-Noelle’s hospitality was so comforting and appreciated.
